Terms of Service

ListCraft is a productivity tool for Australian real estate agents. It provides AI-assisted content generation, open home management, vendor update logging, and settlement tracking, all scoped to individual property listings.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@contact.listcraft.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

ListCraft uses AI to generate property copy, social captions, emails, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use.
• ListCraft does not guarantee that generated content complies with real estate advertising laws, Fair Trading requirements, or any other regulation.
• You must not publish content that is misleading, deceptive, or in breach of applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent real estate advertising.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an unauthorised manner.
• Share account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

The Service is currently available with a free tier of 3 listings. Paid plans are not yet available. When billing is introduced, separate pricing terms will apply and you will be notified in advance.

You own all data you enter into the Service (property details, attendee records, vendor notes). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The ListCraft platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated content produced using your inputs is yours to use subject to these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ListCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@contact.listcraft.com.au.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
