What's the difference between Basic and Pro?+
Basic gives you up to 15 listings in total — ideal for agents starting out. Pro is unlimited listings and adds under-contract communications plus native email & SMS follow-ups for active listers.
How does the agency plan work?+
The principal manages one subscription. Each invited agent gets their own ListCraft account covered by the agency subscription — no separate billing per agent. Manage your team from the Agency dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your Account page at any time. Billing adjusts at the next renewal — no action needed beyond updating your plan selection.
Do annual plans really save 2 months?+
Yes — annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, so you save 2 months compared to paying month-to-month. The saving is applied automatically at checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Invoices are downloadable from your Account page.

Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely in Australia on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Your listing details, buyer notes, and vendor updates are never shared or used to train AI models.
What happens after my 3 free listings?+
Your existing listings stay fully accessible — you just won't be able to create new ones on the free plan. Paid plans are coming soon. We'll notify you before anything changes.
Does it work with realestate.com.au and Domain?+
Yes. You can store your REA and Domain listing URLs in the Campaign tab, and all generated content — headlines, descriptions, social posts — is written to suit both portals.
Is the content written in Australian English?+
Always. ListCraft was built specifically for Australian real estate. Copy uses Australian spelling, local terminology (Section 32, PEXA, strata levies), and suburb-aware tone.
Can I edit the generated content?+
Yes — all generated copy is fully editable. Copy any piece to your clipboard and paste it into your CRM, email, or portal. Re-generate at any time with a different tone.
